Last Call PSP

With the PS Vita making its debut in February of next year, one can only conclude that the PSP has finally reached the end of its life cycle. With the recent “Black Friday” sales and upcoming holiday sales, the PSP (3000) has now dropped to $99.99. It is almost a certainty that the price will drop further come boxing day and even more once the PS Vita is released. This next year might be the best and last time to buy a PSP. Unlike its awkward cousin the PSP Go, the PSP has a much larger following and will certainly be missed by both casual and hardcore gamers alike.

The stop production was officially announced by Sony for the Go but no word on when the PSP 3000 will stop production. Either way, if you want to keep a PSP for your collection to play what will be known as “those old UMDs”, be sure to pick one up this holiday season.
