The anticipated new Wii U Zelda game is a Legend of Zelda + Dynasty Warriors crossover!The upcoming Zelda game for the Wii U is Hyrule Warriors where players control Link through a hack and slash match up against a horde of foes. It will set aside the adventure/dungeon crawling/puzzle elements of previous Zelda games and focus more on Dynasty Warriors gameplay style. An interesting experiment by Nintendo and Temco Koei.
The Dynasty Warriors games have overall been a hit and miss but crossovers with other series such as Gundam and One Piece seems to have revived this franchise. Hopefully, teaming up with Zelda will do the same.
