A new Pokemon game is on the horizon in time for the franchise’s 30th anniversary!
Pokemon Winds and Waves features three new starters. Pombon, a friendly fire puppy, Browt, a grass owl Pokemon, and Gecqua, a water gecko Pokemon. There will also be a Mr Windychu and Ms Wavychu that will be in the game in some form as well. The game is set to be released in 2027 and is to take place in a tropical locale with explorable underwater areas. The new Pokemon game will be a Switch 2 exclusive.
