Here’s what looks like another gameplay mechanic possibly inherited from Wind Waker, the Sword Tutorial! Basically there’s a place where you can go in game to sharpen up on your basic sword swinging skills. Hopefully we’ll be able to get in some sparring for fun too, wonder what my record on the Wind Waker game for hits was. Regardless Skyward Sword just keeps getting better and better.
It’s always nice to see that there’s a fanbase that wants to contribute back a bit through things like music. Plus the performance is epic enough that the guy doesn’t blink ONCE during the whole video!
If you haven’t checked out the DSiWare shop and Nintendo 3DS eShop, Legend of Zelda: Four Swords is now available worldwide for download! Continue reading
Nintendo America just announced that there will be a Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword bundle coming to store shelves on November 20. The bundle is limited edition and includes the game, a Gold Wii Remote Plus and includes the CD recording of the Zelda 25th Anniversary concert! This limited edition Skyward Sword bundle will make your wallet $70 lighter in three process. Now its time for me to run over to my local EB Games and change that pre-order of mine!
BestBuy.com has an estimated arrival date of September 25, 2011 for Nintendo’s Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword for the Wii and is already accepting pre-orders. Unfortunately, this still isn’t much to get excited about as there’s nothing official from Nintendo to support this, and an estimated date is just that. Also noticed a pretty big discrepancy between the American and Canadian BestBuy estimated dates. “12/31/11” does look more definitive but less exciting than “TBA 2011.”
What do you guys think is more likely? An early Fall release or a cashing in on the holiday season release?
I know it’s a week late for April Fool’s but better late than never! So Nintendo, any chance of making something like this happen cause I won’t be alone in direct depositing my paycheque into your bank account if you make this happen!
