Youtube Tuesday: A Link To The Past ad

Back in the day, dance routines like this was acceptable in Japan for ads. Definitely wouldn’t get away with this today!

    Funniest video I’ve ever seen! I can’t stop laughing!

    1. It gave me a good chuckle. Their ads today are definitely slicker and yet are still kid friendly which I find great!

  2. I like it! Oldie but goodie. Perhaps Nintendo should consider making a “dance dance”, elite beat agents, theaterhythm style Zelda game that spans every game in the series (excluding the dreaded ones of course). =)

    Imagine, Link walks into a room full of baddies (OOT style themed at the moment) they stare at him, a look of sheer horror begins to creep on his face. Then Navi shouts “Hey Listen!!!” and the look turns into Link taking the stage though dance moves!! The baddies get caught up in that epic rhythm they start to feel the beat and no longer wanna fight. At the end of the stage the music knocks’m out and its GOOD NIGHT! =D

  3. Or in the case of games where a musical instrument is supplied, he could play/sing/conduct and that gets the baddies grooving. >=D
